Ocean View Amazingness! Enjoy your vacation in one

I left a review last year with all of the reasons we love this place, but happy to leave another! Perhaps our strongest endorsement is the fact that I just booked our fifth year's stay in a row, for early 2027. The view, the location, the comfort, we love pretty much everything about it.

We just finished our second 2 week stay at this property and already have one more booked. This is by far the best VRBO property we have stayed at. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the furniture is very comfortable. But by far, the outstanding feature is the 180 degree view. We saw spectacular sunsets and loved watching the surfers.Kelley, the manager, was very responsive to questions and concerns.

We booked a last minute trip to Carlsbad and are so happy we found this GEM! We absolutely LOVED our stay and couldn't have asked for a more PERFECT unit or better VIEWS!! Everything was exactly as pictured, super clean, comfortable, quiet and fully stocked with all of the essentials. Thank you for being fantastic hosts! We are already looking forward to our next trip and will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic vacation and the house was a big part of it! We loved the location, layout and proximity to the beach and village. We also felt that not being a through street, it cut down on car noise and allowed for easy parking. We definitely want to come back. Thank you Kelley!

My parents have stayed at this property many times. This was the first year we stayed for the week. We couldn't have been happier with all the amenities this property has to offer. It is fully stocked with everything: kitchen supplies (including garbage bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies), beach gear (towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach cruisers, umbrellas), plenty of bathroom towels, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom. The master bedroom is so spacious, we wanted to take the closet home with us! The decor is inviting and well maintained (i.e. VERY CLEAN). If you like video games, they have an "old school" sit down arcade game that is for two players and includes: Pacman, Ms. Pacman, Dig Dug, Galaga, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, and more! The best feature is the amazing view. You can sit anywhere in the family room and have a gorgeous view of the lagoon and the ocean. There are rocking chairs on the patio and you can open the sliding glass doors for the "natural" air conditioning. It is quiet and family friendly. We were within walking distance to the village and the beach. Once there you don't need to drive. It is a great location. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Looking forward to our next visit to Carlsbad!
